RM Magnetostrictive Liquid Level Meter
The magnetostrictive liquid level sensor is a new generation of high-precision liquid level measurement sensor independently developed by using the magnetostrictive principle and advanced digital and analog circuits. Due to the non-contact measurement method, the product has a long service life and strong environmental adaptability; it does not require regular calibration and maintenance; the product outputs absolute quantities and does not need to be reset to zero when restarted; and it has the technical characteristics of high precision, high stability, high reliability, and high repeatability; it supports multiple output methods such as current, voltage, Modbus, SSI, etc.; it can realize simultaneous measurement of liquid level and interface. It is widely used in liquid level measurement and control in industries such as petroleum, chemical, water conservancy, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, and beverages.

Installation method 1:
Flange connection
This method is suitable for most liquid tank measurements. You can choose the connection flange provided by the manufacturer (or the flange specially customized by the user). First, screw the liquid level sensor directly into the sensor installation hole on the flange and tighten it, and then fix the connection flange on the tank body.
Installation method 2:
Applicable to can opening measurement
This method is suitable for open tank measurement. You can use the liquid level sensor installation accessory set FJ-1 (sensor bracket and locking nut accessories) provided by our company to fix the liquid level sensor in the appropriate installation position on the tank body. (As shown in the figure)
Installation method 3:
Applicable to sealed tank measurement
This method is suitable for direct installation of the sealed cylinder body. You can choose the liquid level sensor installation accessory set FJ-2 provided by our company, install the fixed screw sleeve on the tank body, and then fix the liquid level sensor on the screw sleeve. (As shown in the figure)

Normally we pack the sensor with paper tube, which is thick and strong enough . For long working range sensors , we will pack the sensor with hard plastic tube or wooden box . There will no damage because of the package . .
