Installation steps:
1. First install the fixing clip (or hexagonal screw) on the sensor rail (or slide groove).
2. Then move the sensor to the machine and place it horizontally. Move the fixing clip to the pre-drilled installation hole on the machine, align it, calibrate the fit with the machine, and then tighten the screw.
3. When installing the phase magnet, if you choose a slider, the customer needs to equip the connecting rod by himself. If you choose an open magnetic ring, you can go to our company to choose a magnetic ring bracket for installation.
Note:
When the measuring range is within 500mm, install 2PCS fixing clips. For every additional 500mm, install one more fixing clip.
Example: When the measuring range is 1500mm, install 4PCS fixing clips.
