BRG-25 Wire Encoder Replace SICK
BRG-25 series wire-drawn displacement sensor has a maximum measuring stroke of 3200mm, a measuring wheel circumference of 230mm, and a wire rope diameter of 0.8mm. It is a new product designed to meet the special needs of size in some narrow spaces. In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the product, we have made balanced optimization treatment, aluminum alloy shell, completely anti-jump wire design, greatly improved wire rope diameter, eliminating the loss of accuracy caused by the swing of the measuring wheel, and no internal guide wheel design. The advantage is that it improves the measurement accuracy and reduces the wear of the wire rope and increases its life. The appearance size can be seamlessly replaced with foreign competing products.

Proper Alignment – Ensure the wire rope is perpendicular to the encoder. Avoid friction at the exit port.
Secure Mounting – Fix both the sensor base and moving end firmly to prevent loosening during long-term operation.
Avoid Sudden Release – Never let the wire snap back after extension, as this may damage the sensor. Do not exceed the maximum wire length.
Correct Wiring – Follow the sensor's wiring diagram strictly before powering on to prevent electrical faults.
