Micro Load Cell Sensor
Micro load cells use a bridge circuit to detect this resistance change. When a load is applied, the elastic material deforms, causing a resistance imbalance in the bridge. The measurement circuit detects this imbalance and converts it into a digital or analog signal via a converter for display or processing. These load cells are commonly found in a variety of applications, including kitchen scales, medical equipment, and industrial production.

Installation
In an electronic body scale, four strain gauge sensors are connected in series. Each sensor uses a double-stranded plate, which is equivalent to a half-bridge circuit consisting of two strain gauges, resulting in three wires. The red wire is the common output line of the two strain gauges. In a body scale system composed of four sensors, the black wires of the four sensors are connected in series, and the self-wires are connected in series. In this way, the four half-bridges form a full-bridge circuit. The common red wire of each sensor serves as the power supply and output line of the entire full-bridge circuit.
