Linear Scale Encoder
Overview
The linear scale encoder is a slider type magnetic grid measuring system, which works according to the principle of magnetic induction. When the reading head moves in a straight line in the magnetic field space of magnetic ruler, the magnetic reading head will output the standard position pulse in real time according to the relative displacement of the motion.

Remark
The indicator light can only indicate whether the power supply and magnetic ruler signal are normal, which cannot guarantee the measurement precision after installation. If you need to improve the precision, please try to keep the reading head close to the magnetic ruler during installation.
Output signal supplementary information
The output of our standard linear scale encoder (reading head and the magnetic ruler) is 5V square signal. If you need the 24V square signal output, then we need to add this extra module.
The attahced module is used when you need to change the output signal to 24V square signal.(according to the customer's requirement).
