Silo load cell installation
Installation of load cells
1. The installation of the load cell is difficult, and the silo is relatively heavy, even reaching a weight of 100 tons. The load cell cannot be installed before the welding of the entire silo is completed, so as not to affect the performance of the load cell.
2 In order to save manpower in the installation process of the load cell, the lifting technology of the jack can be used to realize the lifting of the silo, so as to achieve the installation of the load cell.
3 The installation process of the load cell is simple, easy to operate, and can also achieve the advantages of high accuracy of the load cell.
4 In the follow-up work after installing the load cell, the calibration work should also be done well. Generally, the "simulation" calibration method is used to calibrate the sensor, which has high debugging accuracy. The method is relatively simple, applicable, and meets the requirements of weighing measurement.
The load cell is calibrated using the analog calibration method during the debugging process. The output signal of the load cell is linear. The standard weight is used to detect the input weight of the sensor, and the corresponding output value (millivolt corresponding value) is simulated. For calibration, the general batching bin will use several sensors, and then use the compensation junction box. The adjustable potentiometer in the junction box will adjust the output signals of several sensors, in order to maintain consistency, so that the entire system can be adjusted. Improved test performance precision and accuracy.
The internal components of the load cell are extremely complex. The patch process of the load cell on the market will vary according to the different requirements of the manufacturer. Generally, it can be simplified into an equivalent circuit and a resistance strain gauge. The working principle of the resistance strain gauge is to use the metal material as the conversion element to utilize the strain effect of the metal resistance wire. The strain effect refers to a physical phenomenon that the resistance value of the metal conductor changes due to deformation.
