Lvdt Displacement Sensor

BT series split type lvdt displacement sensor has excellent performance. The sensor is powered by 12-24VDC. Fisheye head is standard. It is the gimbal slider is optional. Electronic circuits are sealed in 304 stainless steel metal tubing. It can be used in harsh environments such as humidity and dust for a long time, and the work is stable. Output standard 0-5V, 0-10V voltage signal, 4-20 mA current, which can be used by computer or PLC.
Characteristic
The outer diameter of lvdt displacement sensor is 20mm and it adopts a split stainless steel 304 casing. It uses a single DC power supply and has a built-in high-performance signal demodulator. And displacement sensor is two-wire current, three-wire voltage and RS485 digital signal output. It is a measuring range of 0-100mm, with high resolution, good repeatability, no sliding contacts, and long service life.

The lvdt displacement sensor can be used for ydraulic cylinder positioning, valve position detection and control, bridge deck displacement detection, Machine tool and tool positioning cement industry, subway tunnel engineering inspection, etc.

Installation Instructions
1. A margin should be left when selecting the sensor range. The front end is about 2.5mm. The buffer zone should be avoided for installation and use.
2. Choose a suitable power supply. The normal use of the sensor cannot be guaranteed if the voltage is too high or too low.
3. The sensor should be installed perpendicular to the detection surface, and the mounting screws should be tightened after adjusting the position.
4. BT series LVDT displacement sensors have high accuracy.The installation and use should avoid interference sourcessuch as high temperature, high radiation, electrostatic interference, high frequency interference and electromagnetic interference to ensure the detection accuracy of the sensor.
5. The sensor shield wire is well grounded.
6. Wire correctly. If the wiring is wrong, the sensor may be seriously damaged.
7. The mounting bracket provided by the manufacturer should be used as far as possible for the sensor installation. If it is necessary to install and fix the self-made fixture, it should be designed and installed under the guidance of the factory technician.

The lead time of the sensor is about 7-10 days.
For small quantity , we will arrange delivery by air , such as DHL ,Fedex , UPS and air cargo .
For big quantity , we can also arrange delivery by sea . We will provide all the document for customs clearance.
Payment
For the small amout , need to pay 100% payment in advance ;
For big order , need to pay 30% in advance , the balance will be cleaned before the delivery.
