The flexible magneto-elastic displacement sensor is specially designed for oil fields and other fields, and each feature is targeted, which is very suitable for oil tank applications in oil fields. Therefore, in the reconstruction of oilfields, flexible magneto-elastic displacement sensors have become the choice.

Flexible magneto-elastic displacement sensors have the following characteristics:


1. The measurement principle is advanced, the instrument has high precision, and the measurement error of the tank liquid level with high measurement requirements is met, and the measurement error is within 5mm, which is unreachable by other liquid level surfaces;


2. It can measure liquid level and oil-water interface at the same time, and can also measure multi-point liquid level temperature at the same time. Its unique function is: it can measure the liquid level of the settling tank and the position of the oil-water interface at the same time, and can provide the oil quantity data of the settling tank in real time, which cannot be reached by other liquid level surfaces;


3. High resolution, the resolution can reach 0.001mm, which is also unreachable by other liquid level surfaces;


4. Stable performance, not affected by pressure and temperature in the tank;


5. The anti-corrosion structure design meets the corrosive measurement environment of crude oil;


6. Digital signal transmission, including SSI (Synchronous Serial Interface), ModBus protocol, has strong transmission stability, and the signal transmission distance can reach 2000 meters;


7. It is suitable for a variety of working conditions, reaching the intrinsically safe explosion-proof (ExiaII BT5) standard, adapting to various occasions with high safety and high requirements, and can be directly connected with a variety of configuration software, the system structure is simple, and the overall cost performance is high;


8. The maintenance workload is small and the service life is long. While reducing the labor intensity, it solves the problem of safety and hidden dangers of manual climbing tanks.


After selecting the flexible magneto-elastic displacement sensor, the settling tank needs to measure the oil level and the oil-water interface position, so the double float ball is used; the purification tank only needs to measure the oil level position, so the single float ball is used. At the same time, a corresponding number of temperature sensors can be installed in the flexible magneto-elastic displacement sensor to measure the temperature in the tank according to the measurement requirements of each tank for the temperature point. In terms of data transmission, the ModBus (RTU) protocol is selected, and it is connected to the computer after being converted by RS485/232 to ensure the stability of long-distance data transmission. The power line and signal line are connected by the safety barrier to enhance the safety protection. The system software adopts the KYDM-F data collection system to facilitate customers to monitor and manage the entire system.
