Application example of external installation of magnetostrictive displacement sensor

The built-in magnetostrictive displacement sensor is suitable for the hydraulic cylinder (or cylinder) of the electro-hydraulic servo control system. The sensor rod can be installed through the reserved mounting hole of the hydraulic cylinder. The sensor magnetic ring is directly fixed on the piston of the hydraulic cylinder with screws. The reciprocating motion of the piston realizes real-time displacement measurement and position preset feedback of the hydraulic system. Some equipment cannot be installed externally, which is more convenient to use and maintain.

When the built-in magnetostrictive displacement sensor is installed externally, use the sensor bracket to clamp the displacement sensor, and use the fastening screws to fix the bracket on the sensor thread, then fix the magnetic ring on the magnetic ring bracket, and use the fixing slats to the sensor. The end of the measuring rod can be fixed.
